Internal bank interaction with various levels and organizations and with a 3rd party software vender
Experience: Assignment Description (purpose, duties & responsibilities):
Project management skills and experience are required and experience working in bank on other internal projects is a definite plus. From a technical perspective, it would be extremely helpful is the individual had exposure to bank and/or financial environments. This project will involve coordinating technical activities that are taking place in the mainframe and distributed environments (both client server and web systems). So a familiarity with all these technologies is required. This project is the implementation of the BESS Wire Transfer replacement project. This project will involve working with 3rd party software vendors, monitoring delivery to a schedule and cost of those deliverables from the 3rd party and managing the relationship with the vendor and internal bank departments during the course of the project. Bank project reporting and status will also be this person's responsibility.
