We have an immediate need for a Project Manager to work in the Northeast region of the US!The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, controlling, and budgeting all projects assigned. The Project manager will also be responsible for managing all sub-contractors and vendors both on location and remotely. The Project manager will also be responsible for the development of relationships with emphasis on solutions for current core industries and emerging industries and markets; prospecting for new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customers. The position requires 25% extensive travel as well as some extended stays in remote locations. This position will also allow you to work remotely!!!Responsibilities:- Effectively manage projects within budget and time lines - Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions- Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives- Build positive relationships with business leaders in your territory
Experience: MUST HAVE Restoration/property insurance experience!!!Must be located in the Northeast!!!Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2-5 years experience as a commercial property adjuster, commercial loss restoration supervisor, or project manager in the insurance service industry2 years account management or related sales and client management experience Must have a good understanding of commercial insurance claims processes and how service providers operateStrong presentation skills to both high level customer contacts and upper management Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
