Experience:
RESPONSIBILITES:
. Execute project management tools and methodologies to ensure the delivery of multiple small projects or a single large, complex project;
. Integrate multiple functional areas of technology and the business in planning, execution, control and implementation of the project;
. Organize and lead the project team through the initiation, planning, execution, control, implementation and closure phases of the project;
. Create and manage the necessary artifacts necessary required for governance approval on medium to large-scale projects;
. Manage deliverables from all functional teams ensuring they meet the defined timeline and quality assessment, based on CMMi and SDLC guidelines;
. Report and communicate status to the project sponsor, and escalate changes, problems and risks requiring resolution as needed;
. Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders expectations;
. Manage third party vendors, providing specific support or software customization;
. Motivate and manage project team staff in accomplishing project deliverables;
. Interact and collaborate across different process groups, ensuring an integrated, holistic view of process framework.
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's degree required;
. Minimum 7 years project management experience required; preferably in product delivery;
. Minimum 10 years business experience; financial services preferred;
. Ability to design, lead and execute the implementation of processes in completing complex projects;
. Management and leadership skills in influencing teams and interacting across the businesses, resolving problems and executing on deliverables;
. Project management certification a big plus.
