ROLE
-- VP: Network Infrastructure Manager (Tactical)
-- Subject Matter Expert: Routers, Switches, Global MPLS Data and Voice Networking
-- Nearly 24x7 production support
-- Project implementation
-- Performance Monitoring
-- Managing Projects
-- Responsible for 4-5 engineers
-- Strategic responsibilities along with SVP

ENVIRONMENT
-- 20+ worldwide, world-class call centers. Huge scale network.

REQUIRED
-- Must have a very strong temperament! Type A personality! Serious multi-tasking in an intense and complex technical environment!
-- Must have extensive network VOICE VoIP experience.
-- CISCO experience is expected (or extensive Avaya or Nortel IP Voice)

DESIRED
