Qualitek Services has a direct hire opening for an Aerospace / Aviation Product After Market Sales Manager in East Aurora, NY.

REQUIRED SKILLS

****Must be a US Citizen****

BS degree (vocational, professional, or advanced) in the field of Engineering with 7 years of progressive experience (usually post-education) in the field of technical sales including 3- 5 years of managerial experience with an emphasis on aftermarket sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing and directing the activities of selected distributors and internal staff in executing the objectives of the Industrial Controls Division in sales and marketing of Aerospace/Aviation aftermarket products and programs to OEM's and users.

The position requires the development, coordination, organization and implementation of an effective sales plan consistent with the goals of the division.

Responsible for a region comprised of a geographical area of the USA and/or portions of Canada and Mexico.

Manage direct sales accounts as well as directing the activity of the authorized distributors /representatives in the sales, marketing and application of Aerospace/Aviation aftermarket products and programs within their respective territories.

Perform and maintain accurate monthly forecasting activity utilizing current tools available (i.e. http://www.hsoftware.com/)

Develop and maintain an effective and productive distribution network to support the budgeted Aerospace/Aviation aftermarket sales goals.

Utilize current processes and business tools to process customer requests, generate proposals and quotations and communicate opportunity progress during the sales process.

Generate new Aerospace/Aviation aftermarket business development in identified markets vs. plan (including but not limited to application markets, selected customers in niche or emerging markets and product specific markets).

Plan and direct sales activity to achieve identified sales targets.

Secure profitable orders, within the agreed pricing policy, and manage commercial risk.

Pay Rate: $ 40.00/hr MAX DOE
