Program Manager in New York, NY

One of SGA's Major Financial Clients is seeking a Program Manager seeking a candidate that will provide support for technology change and release management activities within the private banking business. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing ITIL-based processes for change and release management. They will work closely with the business, PMO, Application Development, QA, IT Risk Management teams, to review and schedule proposed changes to technology infrastructure and software systems. Additionally, major change activity will be analyzed in-depth to ensure production readiness.



Required Skills:


Administer the Change Management process in accordance with standard corporate procedures

Review submitted change requests to ensure that they are completed with adequate quality

Process change requests using the corporate change tool

Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetingsMaintain master release calendar, communicate significant events to impacted parties

Conduct change conflict resolution meetings

Conduct production readiness reviews (Permit to Operate)

Maintain change management related metrics
