Our client, a LEADER in the Capital Markets industry has the following consulting opportunity available through RMS Computer Corporation working onsite at our client on the following project. NO AGENCIES PLEASE LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY The Implementation Management team manages new client deployments for all Lava applications. The team is also responsible for the on-going maintenance of our installed base of clients. Implementation Managers typically interact closely with Sales, Relationship Management, and Product Management on the Business side and Development, Application Support, and Operations on the technical side as part of their normal day to day job function. II. Job Responsibilities: Manage end to end deployments of Lava platforms for new and existing clients Manage large scale projects for existing clients Datacenter migrations MPID migrations Coordinate resources across multiple departments, including Telecom, Networking, Product Management, FIX and Application Support, Development, and Relationship Management. Provide status updates to internal stakeholders Facilitate on-going maintenance of existing client base Manage large scale internal projects III. Required Qualifications Project Management experience; concepts and tools Understanding financial industry concepts, especially those specific to the Equities markets Knowledge of an Equities trading desk (sellside) Knowledge of networking/routing concepts Understanding of FIX connectivity and logic IV. Preferred Qualifications Experience with inbound and outbound ECN/Exchange connectivity Prior experience managing an OMS implementation or migration a plus Understanding of middle and backoffice processes Experience with electronic trading platforms Lava Trading Floor, ColorPalette FIDESSA BRASS Mixit Portware CL-2118
