A large financial institution located in downtown Manhattan seeks to hire a Full-time Project Manager for the PMO.
Individual will work closely within Change Program on cross functional projects across the US Capital Markets. Must have experience in the market and be prepared to execute in high pressure environment. Individual will work closely with regional function heads to plan and execute cross functional projects.
Key Accountabilities:
.This person will work independently with limited supervision.
.Create the relevant project and program planning documentation associated with meeting stated business requirements.
.Responsible for budgets, regular status reports and presentations as well as supporting product creation and operational turnover associated with programs/projects outlined.
.Excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies, also working with outside vendors as necessary to facilitate project deliverables.
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
.10+ years experience at an investment bank.
.Significant project management experience in a global environment, with complex stakeholder group.
Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
.Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
.Detail oriented, and able work under pressure in a fast paced global environment
.Personal computer aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office and project
.Strong interpersonal, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.

Experience: Candidate must be a US Citizen, EAD or Green Card Holder. Must be able to go straight to full-time.
