Location: New JerseyType of Position: Full-time Job DescriptionSenior J2EE developer in Jersey City, NJ to develop a Web based Dashboard application along with data management and distribution platform for FRMD, our client's Financial Risk and Metrics Dashboard project. Through FRM Dashboard project senior business management in Prime Services can analyze Risk and other financially sensitive information such as Revenues, Sales Credits etc and make decisions regarding business growth potential as well as manage Risk. Specific ResponsibilitiesCoding in Java to create/customize application frameworks to build Dashboard within Armanta platform as well as build Data management processes to load Feeds, Messages etc. interfacing with ESM, EFAM, Cameo, uVAR, cVAR, PrimeDB and other firm's systems.Architecting J2EE server infrastructure for Armanta distributed processingCode Entity Models in Armanta to map user specification against Dashboard staging databasePerformance tune Java based infrastructure configuring Java threads, JVM Cache, Memory management and instrument JMX to manage/monitor resourcesManage application deployments to UAT and Production infrastructureClose collaboration with Prime Brokerage Quantitative desk.Participate in the technical direction of the system. Essential Requirements Over 10 years experience programming in Inter/Intranet applications using J2EE specs including Java, EJB, JMS, JDBC, XML, Servlets, JTA, Eclipse, JavaScript and Java WebstartWorking experience with Web Servers like BEA WebLogic or JBOSSHands on experience with deployment technologies such as Maven, Ant scripts, Perforce and CVSUnix/Linux Shell programmingHands on experience with Databases technologies preferably Oracle, Sybase, DB2 or MS SQL Server.
