Our client is a popular television entertainment production company seeking Senior Software Engineers for creating and maintaining systems to support the organization's business functions. Candidates will work closely with clients to complete the analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of those systems. Primary Responsibilities: Senior Software Engineers are expected to develop architecturally sound, modular, maintainable component-driven applications. They are expected to adhere to our software development life-cycle processes and also complete documentation of business processes and systems. Experience: Prior experience both leading and participating in the analysis, design and development of client/server business applications Broad-based and in-depth experience with the entire system development life-cycle Experience encompassing client/server, database, systems integration and reporting Effective oral and written communications abilities Presentation skills, with the proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively Demonstrated leadership capabilities to provide direction and mentoring to less experienced members of the staffTechnical Skills Required: J2EE Spring / Hibernate-- 2+ years WebLogic (or major App Server)-- 4+ years Swing or Web (Swing preferred)-- 3+ years EJB (preferably with some CMP EntityBeans)-- some Ant / Maven-3+ years CVS-4+ years Some IDE-4+ years Rose (or some UML tool), able to code from design-3+ years SQL / PL SQL- 4+ years Entity Relationship Modeling- 3+ years To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
