EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor?s Degree. A minimum 3 years of data management experience. Experience with various analytical software programs, including expert in excel. Experience: DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This position supports the Sales and Marketing Departments by creating reports for analysis of revenue, margin, contract pricing and reimbursement data. The analyst will also function as a liaison between IT and Sales and Marketing. In addition, the analyst will review data and make recommendations as appropriate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: % of time devoted to each task ______ 1. Payer/Vendor Analysis: Review contracts. Work with accounting to maintain and update contract files. Do competitive analysis of products by product category. Make recommendations to management for product / vendor mix. Analyze vendor and Medicare price changes for management. ______ 2. New Patient/Revenue/Margin Analysis: Manage the company?s data warehouse utility (DataBeacon), providing support, training and assistance for the organization. ______ 3. Project Support: Assist with projects as assigned by Executive VP, Sales and Marketing and other Senior Management. ______ 4. Acquisitions and Integrations: Support acquisitions and integrations as assigned by Executive VP, Sales and Marketing and other Senior Management. ______ 5. Rebates: Set up and track vendor rebates. Communicate vendor payment to accounting. ______ 6. Reporting: Create and distribute monthly reports that support purchasing, marketing and the sales departments.
