Seeking candidates with working knowledge of network and Internet connectivity, anti-virus, spy ware and firewall applications.
Modem support and experience troubleshooting and Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP / MAC platforms.

Strong communication and excellent customer service skills required.
Ability to handle all issues in a professional and pleasant manner.

Must be flexible with shift and days.

Salary up to 38K upon permanent offer
