TMS is searching for a mid-level Project Manager (2-5 years experience) to manage teams of 2-8 people on software development projects for a client in Brooklyn. Position would be full time permanent with the end client. SDLC experience is MANDATORY. Client prefers prior Big Five experience, but wants mid-level go-getter and not a heavy hitter.

Manage people before
Create and track project plans
Perform business analysis and write specifications
Develop project estimates
Clarify/communicate project objectives to the team
Manage customer, partner, vendor relationships as necessary
Track and communicate project status, issues, risks, and decisions to senior management
Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
2+ years in role of PM using a formal SDLC REQUIRED
Experienced multiple full project lifecycles from concept to delivery MANDATORY
Strong verbal and written communication skills MANDATORY
