Develops and implements security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments. Performs information security related operations tasks including the maintenance of security tools. Assists in the analysisand resolution ofsecurity breaches and incidents. Enforces security policy and producessecurity metrics reports. Responsible formaintaining the IT control processes that ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of AIM securitycontrol environment. Work with department management on process improvement, security projects and ad-hoc security requests.
Responsibilities:
Reviews the development, testing and implementation ofsecurity plans, products and control techniques. Identifies regulatory changes that will affect information security policy, standards and procedures and recommends appropriate changes.
Ensures security technology deployment effectiveness by maintaining security application and system configurations per SLA. Identifies and drives efficiencies in controlsthrough process automation.
Investigates and recommends appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents. Proactively identifies risks and issues. Ensures required documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Coordinates the execution ofAIM SOXcontrols related toAS400, AD, NDS and RACF.
Lead the design, development and implementation of enhanced control processes that improve the overall AIM control environment.
Provides training to theAIM staff on distributed information security administration procedures.
Produces security effectiveness metrics and reporting.

Experience: Basic Qualifications:
• High School or GED
• 2 Years experience in Information Technology field
• 1 Year experience in Information Security, System or Network administrator
• 1 Year experience in IT controls, SOX, COBIT
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking or Security
• CISSP, SANS, CISA, CISM certifications
• 5 Years experience in Information Technology field
• 2 Years experience in Information Security, System or Network administrator
