Position DetailsThe Senior Security Administrator is responsible for security administration on all infrastructure platforms that are centrally supported by the corporate IT organization. Primary platforms include, but are not limited to: SAP ERP platform, z/OS Mainframe TopSecret/IDMS/CICS, Microsoft Windows/ADS, AIX Unix, Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP platform, JDA MMS and Enterprise Planning platforms, LDAP, and various RDBMS.In addition to primary security administration responsibilities, this role is also responsible for the identification and implementation of optimizations that drive continuous improvement and productivity around security administration across the administration team. The Senior Security Administrator is responsible for maintaining the security administration documentation repository, and is the primary liaison for Sarbanes-Oxley and other security compliance demands of the corporation.Job Responsibilities:Primary administrator of the new SAP package security model, responsible for day-to-day administration, cross-training of other administrations, and definition of all new operational processes required to support SAP security ongoing;Perform and provide technical mentoring of all security administration request types for Windows (Active Directory), Mainframe TopSecret/IDMS/CICS, UNIX, LDAP, ERP, JDA and RDBMS platforms;Act as the primary escalation point and resolve 3rd level support issues for Security-related escalations on previously mentioned platforms; Lead the ongoing support and management of the P-Synch centralized password reset application;Lead the assembly, delivery of information, and remediation effort coordination as required to facilitate audit or other compliance activities;Lead ongoing maintenance and centralization of the documentation repository for security administration processes and practices;Lead, identify and implement internal initiatives related to team optimizations in the areas of process, SLA, automation, and paperless request management.BEST INDUSTRY - Consumer Packaged GoodsBEST DEPARTMENT - Information Technology
Experience: Bachelors Degree is required.3 - 5 years experience and formal training and/or certification in the specific technologies covered in the responsibilities listed. Experience administering SAP security and Windows security is required. Mainframe security administration experience is highly desirable.We're looking for a candidate with demonstrated aptitude and experience in process and/or technology improvement that drives efficiency and quality in the security administration area.Compensation80K - 90K
