Digital Impact, an Acxiom Company, seeks a Program Delivery Manager for the New York office.
The Program Delivery Manager plays a post-sales role in the implementation of client solutions and helps to scope and project manage follow-on customizations and other interactive marketing solutions. In addition to client contact, they will work very closely with Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Custom Engineering, and Data Center Operations groups.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate through real work experience how they took a leading role in collecting and documenting requirements and leading a project through the complete software development life cycle.
Required Skills:
A Bachelors degree in business information systems, computer science, or related work experience.
Minimum of three years of technical project management experience, preferably in CRM, interactive services or other e-marketing services.
Ability to compile user requirements into a functional design, and a solid understanding of software programming concepts/designs and data modeling.
Proven written (Word & PowerPoint) and verbal communication skills.
Ability to motivate, influence both the business and technical communities as well as consult/advise clients.
Demonstrated flexibility to multi-task in a dynamic team while maintaining a high level productivity.
Understanding of Internet and database technologies (e.g. relational databases, SQL, HTML, database-driven web pages, JavaScript, FTP, SSH, PGP)
Must demonstrate attention to detail.
