The client is a MAJOR Buldge Bracket investment banking firm seeking an experienced business analyst, knowledgeable in T&SS Sales and Relationship Management, the CRM Reporting and Market Analytics. This team player will be asked but not limited to roles that include business analysis, project management, reporting writing, database development, database management, system administration and end user training. Creative aspects of these responsibilities include presentation development, creation of new innovative solutions to management information needs and complex variable writing that allows for more efficient use of available data. Within WSS, the Sales MIS Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of reporting on new/ incremental sales activities, client vulnerability, lost client revenue, calling activity, contact management by maintaining a portfolio of report templates. Sales, Senior Management, Finance and Product Management rely heavily on information from this CRM platform to plan, forecast and manage client activity appropriately. The individual will serve as the primary business representative responsible for overseeing the ongoing administration of the CRM reporting platform for the Securities Processing and Securities Lending product companies, but will also include responsibility for: strategic guidance, training and user support to administrative counterparts from various LOB?s across TSS. The role will also be responsible for liaising with the WSS finance, product, sales and client management teams to collect, prioritize, implement and test business requirements for new reports and system enhancements. The management aspect of this role supports the oversight of the design, development and delivery of senior management MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This requires management of two staff members that are responsible for collecting, prioritizing, designing and testing new reports. This will also include the responsibility of overseeing and monitoring data integrity and user support to help insure the accuracy of the teams reporting efforts. In addition, the role will work closely with the Business Intelligence development team and the WSS CKC project management team to implement changes and enhancements to the user interface and the reporting environment.
