Programmer Analyst will be responsible for support relating to specific portal applications. Programmer/Analyst - Minimum of 4 years experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions.

Experience: Mandatory Criteria: -Experience serving as architect/designer on two (2) operational JAVA based portal projects within the last three (3) years with at least one (1) of the projects requiring development using the WebSphere Environment. Desirable Criteria: - Experience in the maintenance of authorization and enrollment programs of all common and global programs. - Experience in the mentoring and training of client's internal staff. - Experience in the development and implementation of portals with at least one (1) project using WebSphere Portal Server. - List all Java, Security, Database, and WebSphere Certifications held by this candidate.
