Experience: Initial point of contact for all technical-related issues, ranging from MS Office application support through desktop/laptop break-fix, phone and printer troubleshooting. Primary location in Yonkers, but position also covers occasionally support in NYC and NJ. Vehicle and valid drivers license required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to wear multiple hats.
