BASIC FUNCTION:As part of M&T’s Technology Infrastructure the Manager for Network Client Integration will be responsible for the managing, the planning, documenting, testing, and implementation of clients' business projects as they relate to Mainframe/PC systems.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assigns resources and monitors progress of all assignments: ensures completion of schedules.Responsible for short and long term FTE planning.Demonstrates a strong understanding of the business environment and needs within the area of responsibility.Ability to understand technical, business and operational impacts of a project or problemResponsible for the job growth and career development of staff members by providing training plans, guidance and sharing knowledge.Responsible for performance appraisals, promotion and salary recommendationsMust be able to contribute to the development of a cost center budget.Recommends and initiates new policies and procedures that will improve the performance effectiveness of the department.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of college with at least ten (10) years experience in project related work, systems analysis and a systems development environmentRequires excellent analytical, organization, time and quality management skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and staff personnelEncourages teamwork and acts as a role model when leading and directing othersStrong project management skillsPrior management experience requiredStrong written and verbal communications skills to be able to present to a target audienceIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree preferred in a Technology field of studyPMP certifiedExperience with the skills, application(s) and function of the technology area being led
