1.Leading and participating in business process review sessions
2.Reviewing, analyzing, and providing input regarding all work products emerging from business review sessions
municating relevant outcomes of business process reviews to functional team
4.Managed staff who are responsible for business analysis, system configuration and quality assurance -using HP/Mercury Software.
5.Supervise form and report configuration activities
6.Facilitate functional meetings
7.Manage all aspects of the technical implementation of the project implementation
8.Monitor expense and profit specific to this project
