May perform one or more of the following: An experienced professional, who applies a broad knowledge of systems analysis concepts, practices and procedures to the design, testing and implementation of system enhancements. Candidates must have experience working on fairly complex assignments (and/or portions of large, complex systems) and perform a full range of system analysis activities. Candidates must be able to work under deadlines and capable of handling heavy workloads, operating with only general supervision. May provide occasional functional guidance to less experienced staff. Responsibilities:Prepares acceptance test plans, conducts acceptance tests and confirms results;Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) quality metrics;Assist in the day-to-day resolution of production issues;Daily interface with end-users, clients, vendors, and the development team;Analyzes existing software for incorporation of desired enhancements;Formulates recommendations on alternative approaches to realize desired functionalities and/or enhancements and desired levels of performance;Ensures that systems documentation is updated according to standards. May assist in user training. A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 -7 years of progressively responsible related technical experience. Specific Requirements: Experience with requirements gathering, GUI and web design, test plan development, coordinating UAT and data analysis. The candidate should be knowledgeable in all phases of system development, CMM methodology, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
