CONNECTIONS~ INSTALLATION:
The selected Candidate will coordinate the on going distribution and installation of OCFS CONNECTIONS PCs and printers being requested by Local Districts and Voluntary Agencies through Workload Management and Technical refresh projects. This position facilitates and monitors activities by sites to prepare for installation, tracks and reconciles inventory, and serves as an OCFS and OFT site liaison to local
LAN
administrators, security coordinators, and managerial staff. This individual will manage the refresh of 15,000 CONNECTIONS PCs, on-going transfers of equipment between sites or agencies, as well as within OCFS, and represent OCFS at meetings with Local District and Voluntary Agency Administrators.
Experience: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ~ Three years experience using OA technology to support a user's mandate and objectives ~ Three years experience in site preparation, hardware and software needs, training coordination and problem resolution. ~ Three years experience in training staff to fulfill necessary OA roles. ~ Three years experience in Network administrator. ~ Three years experience in site contact for site planning preparation. ~ Three years experience in staff who will use OA equipment. ~ Three years experience in identifying the desired locations in OA equipment. ~ Three years experience in OA security including, identification of each user and what access they should be allowed. ~ Three years experience in Security of the unit's data on the desk station, on the LAN and on the end user mainframe. ~ Three years experience in physical security of the hardware and software.
