As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for the architecture, design, programming and troubleshooting of Windows desktop and server software components and systems in both new and existing product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers to define product requirements. You will define the architecture for the solutions to these requirements. Drawing on your previous experience working the software development life cycle will allow you to be successful leading the conversion of these requirements to detailed product design specifications.
You will work closely with COM/COM+, ActiveX and .NET Framework developing smart and thin clients. Your strong knowledge of web technologies including HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP.NET, XML, SOAP will allow you to flourish in this position.
Required Background:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering is required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong software process background.
A track record of proven successful Windows programming experience utilizing VC++, C# and internationalization is required.
COM Development background required (VB 6 must plus to have C++)
Experience with database systems such as SQL Server or Oracle is required.
Experience in N-Tier design and development is a plus.
You must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
