I. Position Summary:

The Developer designs, develops and debugs ABAP programs and Smartforms for SAP and interfaces as related to the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) Modules or the Human Resource and Payroll (HR/PAY) Modules. The Developer combines programming/performance tuning skills with managing tasks on cross functional teams and assists in the writing of development specifications and test plans. The Developer is also responsible for helping resolve external Customer requirements.

II. Essential Functions:

? Designs and develops custom reports for SAP FI/CO or HR/PAY modules (25%)
? Designs and develops custom applications to maintain SAP FI/CO or HR/PAY data as needed (25%)
? Codes, tests, analyzes and implements applications (and changes to existing applications) and evaluates their performance (20%)
? Designs and develops custom Infotypes for SAP FI/CO or HR/PAY modules (10%)
? Supports existing SAP systems and continues to rollout future releases (10%)
? Works with Business Analysts and Customers to understand business users' requirements for new reports, interfaces, conversion programs and forms (10%)

II. Interactions:

Supervision Received:

? Receives general instructions on what is to be done, limitations, quality and quantity expected, deadlines, and priority of assignments from Crewleader. Uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments independently without specific instruction but receives additional specific instructions from Crewleader for new, difficult, or special projects/assignments

Supervisory Duties:

? No supervisory responsibility but is responsible for managing a specific function

III. Minimum Qualifications:

? High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related field
? Minimum of five (5) years of Information Technology (IT) experience including at least three (3) years in SAP Java/ABAP programming which includes Interface Programming, user exits, dialog programming, reports and interfaces, and performance tuning
? Experience with multiple SAP modules (Human Capital Management (HCM), FI/CO, Materials Management (MM))
? Experience with Business Warehouse and APO preferred but not required
? Experience with SAP eXchange Infrastructure (XI) preferred but not required
? Regular attendance and punctuality
? Organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and Passion
? Well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
? Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
? Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
? When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable Crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

IV. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

? Experience and knowledge of FI/CO or HR/PAY infotypes and business objects
? Knowledge of treasury module (TR) standard programs, function modules, inbound and outbound IDOCs preferred but not required
? Ability to analyze and debug ABAP programs with respect to performance
? Experience customizing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software using JAVA, SAP Script and SMART forms preferred but not required
? Experience in custom report development, data conversions/interfaces, data dictionary and performance tuning preferred but not required
? Familiarity with SAP .Net connectors and SAP NetWeaver including EP 6.0 preferred but not required
? ALE partner profile and distribution model setup experience and expertise preferred but not required
