Unix Admin.in a SUN environment is need at a Job site in downtown NYC. This is a 6 months Contract to Hire Opportunity. Will evaluate and test server hardware / software within the SUN UNIX platforms. Utilize and/or develop analytical tools to resolve problems. Work with vendors to resolve compatibility issues. Monitor system and application performance per customer objectives. Document environment configuration and administration details. Will be working with Solaris 8,9,10,SPECTRUM and doing some scripting.
Experience: Solaris 2 plus years Spectrum - 1 yr
