My client is currently seeking a Implementation Management Representative. This is a 6+ month contract with potential perm conversion located in New York, NY. The Implementation Management Representative ensures the smooth delivery and successful implementation of the product to the client. Each project is unique and requires the management of several activities such as ordering hardware, scheduling technical engineers for installations, overseeing application installations and interfacing with various internal groups within the organization. A qualified Implementation Manager serves as the main point of contact for the client and various teams involved and keeps everyone informed throughout the process. Responsibilities also include ensuring each dependency is achieved in a timely and accurate manner to provide ultimate client satisfaction.

*Provide a superior level of comfort for sales and clients by ensuring that the installation of services will be seamless
*Expedite order to cash revenue generation by providing an efficient and smooth turnaround of installation activities and ensuring client satisfaction for future sales opportunities
Experience: The main functions of the Implementation Management Representative:
*Assist client with necessary site prep work for the deployment of hardware and circuits and help client navigate working with third party vendors such as telecommunication and service providers.
Such deployments include:
*Site Large and Site Small installation/deinstallation/relocation
*Site Large - Dual circuits, dual routers, dual servers (dedicated servers at client site)
*Site Small - Dual circuits, dual routers (client uses shared servers at a POP)
*Add server(s), router(s), switch(es), printer(s)
*Upgrade bandwidth
*Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the installation meets client expectations.
*Establish, maintain, and consistently improve workflows to provide Implementation Management Representatives with efficient, repeatable processes for the various Implementation project types.
Qualifications:
*Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree
*Minimum Experience: 3 + Years in a technical or project management role, proficient in the MS Office Suite of products (including MS Project).
*Must be a US citizen or green card holder to be qualified for this opportunity.*
