Job Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include interfacing with clients in the Affiliate Relations and Media Photography departments, leading software development teams and managing the Software Development Life Cycle. A key responsibility of this position is the ability to interface with clients, analyze business processes, capture requirements, architect and implement associated solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of various applications and web sites in a team oriented environment. A prior history of team leadership and systems development experience in the Microsoft VS.Net, C#, VB.Net, VB 6 and SQL Server 2000/ 2005 environment is a must. The qualified candidate should possess a solid knowledge of programming, SQL and web development in the above enviroment, strong interpersonal and communication skills and work well individually and as part of a development team.
Required Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field of study
Years Work Experience:
At least 3 Years
Technical Skills:
C#, MS SQL 2005, HTML, ASP.NET, Javascript, MS Office and VBA.
Non-Technical Skills:
Experience in writing Requirements Analysis documents, strong analytical, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, Managerial or Project Leadership experience a must.

3-5 Years
Technical Skills:
