Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Hands-on experience with SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies - Able to handle multiple assignments
at the same time - Familiar with industry methodologies such as ITIL and Six Sigma
- Able to mentor teams on practical use of a SDLC - Process oriented - Experience
with large project implementations Assignment Candidate will be expected to provide
assistance and feedback to individual project teams via reviews of the application's
architecture, support in troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring on the
practical use of our SDLC. Candidate must have excellent people skills and be able
to demonstrate the benefits of a defined Software Development Lifecycle. The candidate
must be able to provide feedback on Software Development Lifecycle, document templates,
and practices based on experiences with project managers on projects. Candidate
will be responsible for working with a technical writer to document best practices
regarding efficient meetings, risk assessment, project learning, etc. Candidate
will also play a role in defining and documenting an overall vision and strategy
for a centralized testing/quality control group, providing experience and feedback
to the group.
