Title ** Desktop Support personShift ** 1st / 8am 5pmSalary - $73,000 base +JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** Hardware configuration and deployment, remote support and troubleshooting for 50 work-at-home users as well as remote support to users in small Midwest office to include Outlook setupas well as other desktop issues. Collect and maintain data for hardware inventory as well as maintain a log of other network devices. ***** Hands-on leader to oversee the Helpdesk and Desktop operation.** Responsible for managing open calls and company service levels.** Administering the HP Service Center call tracking ticketing system.** Provide accurate, timely, high-quality, customer focused assistance and problem resolution services in a professional manner.** Provide desktop support, including roll-outs, updates, service calls, installation of hardware and software.** Provide System Administration efforts like creation of accounts, password resets, etc** Vendor management** Senior Desktop Engineer with experience rolling out new desktop applications, files, patches, etc. from SMS** Systems Administration experience setting up user accounts in Active Directory To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
