Key Responsibilities: We work across the entire CFO division to ensure that we execute the strategic design and implementation of any major changes to our processes and systems. In partnership with our key stakeholders, we work to create cutting-edge business solutions using our deep functional expertise. We aim to deliver strategic initiatives using leading project management and business analysis as we pursue our goal of protecting and enhancing shareholder value through optimizing the use of our financial resources. Responsible for defining and maintaining with best practice business processes for but not limited to: * Project planning & integration * Dependency collection & management * Status reporting * Governance * PMO infrastructure * Quality management * Impact management * Program communication - Create and manage Project plans, including multi plan integration and consolidation - Applying Project Management Methodologies to develop appropriate solutions and standardize across Program - Manage cross workstream to ensure that team level leaders are adhering to program management methodologies - Working with other departments such as Product Control, IT and P&A to facilitate change and to enhance the success of the Program - Creating executive level presentations both aesthetically pleasing and strategically designed - Liaison with team to assist with above responsibilities Experience and Skills Required: - Minimum five to seven years Project Manager Experience on large global multi-project financial programs. Person should have played past roles as described in the Job Description - Real Program Management delivery experience. Not just theoretical or only PMO based. - Experience with dependency collection and management - Ability to learn and understand the content - Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment - Ability to manage people - strong persuasion skills - Strong ability to facilitate - Strong presentation skills including creating well executed executive management materials - Power user in the following Microsoft applications: Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Word. - Has managed multi-disciplinary teams - Knowledge of formal project management methods. - Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with heavy experience in dealing with senior management - Strong communications skills at all levels Personality Skills: - Well polished- can easily present out to senior level - Very detailed focused - Type A' personality - Adaptive. Must be able to work/lead differing personality traits to get a quality end product - Confident. Must be able to execute in QA role in a partnering, yet firm way - Proactive.
