POSITION OVERVIEW, MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Responsibilities: The BA will assist the Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst in the development and implementation of a new firm-wide account opening application and agreement. The BA's primary responsibilities will include: constructing data models, developing process workflows, assessing the implementation's process and system impacts, and writing business use cases.

Business Area: Work will be performed in the Retail Operations area of the firm. The focus of the project is on the processes required to open a new retail account.

Reporting Line: The BA will report to the Project Manager running the initiative.


MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE
. Experience: The BA will have 2-3 years of experience of developing business models and documenting process flows, ideally gained at a big-six consulting firm.
. The BA would have worked in the financial services sector and would ideally be familiar with the retail brokerage business.
