Responsible for:
- Level 1 support for OneView and Sales Workbench.
- Understanding of the various business areas and supporting infrastructure to ensure concise assistance and feedback to the users.
- New User and Refresher Training.
- Documentation Management.
- Ownership of internal support projects.
- Line management of 1 staff member. Experience: The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- IT Helpdesk support role/environment.
- Experience of Client Management Systems.
- Data maintenance, data accuracy and cleansing.
- Ability to run 1-on-1 and small group training sessions.
