Level 2-3 helpdesk/tech support specialist needed for immediate conract to hire opportunity.

Experience: 2-3+ yrs recent experience supporting MS office applications, hardware and network connectivity issues, with a focus on applications support. Candidates must be advanced/expert level with supporting MS Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. This is a call center environment and all support is handled over the phone and/or via remote access.
