Business Analyst in Woodbury, NY

The Business Analyst will provide Oracle Applications CRM support to all North American sites. Duties will include reviewing, analyzing and improving business processes both locally and globally, translating user requirements into IT deliverables, providing training/coaching to users and participating in Oracle Applications projects to implement new modules or enhance existing functionality. Some travel (15%) required.

Qualifications:



    * Proficiency with SQL and/or PL/SQL

    * Ability to debug Oracle workflows a plus

    * Knowledge of Oracle Applications table schema preferred

    * Familiarity with Oracle Discoverer a plus

    * Must be able to produce professional, detailed documentation of work products

    * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines under pressure

    * Ability to train and coach users required

    * Ability to support users, perform troubleshooting and issue resolution

    * Must be able to maintain a positive and diplomatic attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues

    * Excellent oral and written communication skills

    * Ability to work in a global environment supporting clients based in different geographical/national sites

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or a related field

    * 1-3 years experience working with Oracle Applications

    * Experience working with Oracle Applications modules such as TeleService, Depot Repair, Installed Base, Field Engineering and CRM Sales & Marketing

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually
