These positions in the Fixed Income Analytics group will offer the opportunity to participate in all phases of the development process and to grow into a project management role.
In addition, successful candidates will
Work alongside research, marketing and quantitative modeling groups to develop requirements and specifications
Design and implement enhancements to it's analytical capabilities
Contribute to the rearchitecture of the suite of tools and the enhancement of application components to optimize performance, reliability, scalability and extensibility
Provide testing, post-deployment monitoring and support
Experience: Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
3-5+ years of experience in Java application development
Strong knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Design
J2EE, EJB, JSP / Servlets experience
XML / XSL
Oracle and PL/SQL
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of fixed-income securities and mathematics a plus
Solid communication skills
