Leading financial institution is seeking a sharp C# Developer to join the technology team at their NYC headquarters. This excellent, long-term consultant project is a mission critical assignment that would involve the developer in several key business areas. To be successful in this role, you must possess: a minimum of 10 yrs in architecture/development work, 4+ yrs experience in C# development, at least 2 yrs C# Winforms experience, knowledge of ASP.NET and html, basic database knowledge (must be comfortable with SQL, and SQL Server or Sybase or Oracle, basic knowledge of ADO.NET, XML, XSLT, XSD, HTTP/SOAP, some project management experience and strong financial systems experience (Foreign Exchange / FX experience highly desired).
