Oracle Retail (Retek) Team Lead:
is directly accountable for the successful delivery of Retail, Merchandizing, Supply Chain Management (SCM) technology / process deliverables. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Retek solutions. He/she will be responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of various modules within the Retek Solutions Suite (RMS, AIP, POS, RPAS).
This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships. This consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, performance measurements, setting expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable.
Oracle Retail (Retek) Consultant:
is responsible for the successful delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) technology / process deliverables. This position includes the following:

* Consultant - Annual salary of $65,000 to $90,000+ (Target = <$80,000)
* Team Lead - Annual salary of $95,000 to $130,000+ (Target = <$115,000)

* 40 to 50 hour work week
