Oversee project management/project work of NY metro Project Leads

Conduct project management/project work - Customize services based on the client's unique situation, leveraging a mix of process improvement tools: Six Sigma (DMAIC), Lean Methodologies, and organizational change management

Build/manage relationships with business leaders; prospect opportunities for new Six Sigma deployments

Partner with executives, process owners, stakeholders to identify projects that align with business strategy and customer priorities

Mentor executive teams, process owners, and stakeholders in the use of Six Sigma related methodologies and tools

Support established deployment

Assist/rescue at-risk deployments

Coach/mentor Si Sigma deployments and business leaders

Participate in benchmarking/networking activities

Support Six Sigma training
Experience:

Experience managing Six Sigma consulting team

Black Belt certified (Master Black Belt preferred); direct experience with Six Sigma at various levels (BB, MBB) with demonstrated success delivering complex projects spanning organizations

Technical mastery of process improvement methodologies, including DMAIC, Lean, process management and change management

Demonstrated ability to effectively coach executives, process owners, stakeholders, Black Belts and Master Black Belts

Expert in project management and execution

Outstanding training and facilitation skills

Commanding executive presence and leadership skills; ability to hold attention, exude confidence and lead
