Business Analyst Internet Team in New York, NY

Responsible for completing product design, developing product specifications, and testing browser-based application. Must be able to identify and translate client product needs into detailed specifications for programming team. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work based on clear understanding of business needs. Coordinate closely with senior members of team and other departments. Coordinate with Client Service department on presentations to clients and coordinate completion of training materials Experience: „X Bachelor¡¦s Degree (Advertising, MIS or Computer Science preferred) „X At least 3 years experience in Advertising Industry or Interactive Industry (adserver; rich media vendor) „X At least 3 years in product development and design or systems analyst experience „X Ability to envision what the product would do, based on client input „X Demonstrated experience creating application from scratch „X Ability to take initiative and work independently „X Must possess creative problem solving skills; Ability to think ¡§outside the box¡¨ „X Will take risks to the appropriate degree „X Demonstrated relationship building skills both w/internal & external clients „X Solid interpersonal communications skills ¡V oral & written ¡V including ability to listen and interpret client needs; Communicates well with clients, internal customers, manager, and team members „X Demonstrated Project Management skills (including developing specs, status reporting, issues escalation, resourcing) „X Must be proficient and comfortable with various PC software and operating systems.
