We have a long-term project in New York City for a Business Process Consultant to help our client do business process assessment on their Oracle Application environment. We will need someone with a functional background with Oracle Public Sector Budget and Project Accounting Experience. In addition, must be able to review and audit some PL/SQL and code. The project will start in June and estimate to last till end of 2008.
