REQUIREMENTS:
* PHP expert (Object Oriented PHP 5)
* Strong familiarity with SQL (including views/stored procedures/complex joins)
* Knowledge of database structures and architecture
* Strong knowledge of Mysql (5.0/5.1)
* Fluency with Linux
* CSS design
* Experience with Smarty templating
