Genesis10 is seeking a VP PMO Project Manager for our client, a leading financial services firm to act as their internal consulting/PMO. In this role, you will be expected to have experience delivering projects across operations, finance, technology, equities and fixed income divisions for Global Initiatives. You must be able to create the relevant project and program planning documentation associated with meeting stated business requirements. Responsible for regular status reports and presentations as well as supporting product creation and operational turnover associated with programs/projects outlined. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver project plans.
- Coordinate with IT, operations, finance to scope cross border solutions.
- Establish Consistent Global Plan Monitoring and Tracking.
- Central Change Management Tracking.
- External program dependency tracking.
- Work with local PMO's to synthesize escalation issues.
Experience: Required Experience/Skills:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in investment banking.
- Significant project management experience in a global environment, with complex stakeholder group.
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented, and able work under pressure in a fast paced global environment.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.
