Here are the technical requirements:
Adobe Flex Developer
May be Junior or Senior, depending on experience level
Salary as high as $80k for an exceptional canaidate
Required:
. 2 years experience with complex Action Script
. 2 years experience with Adobe Flex
. 2 years experience with XML
. Experience with enterprise or mission critical applications
. Working knowledge of MVC
. Very good communication and team skills
