An established insurance company in downtown Manhattan is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls for both internal and external inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoys talking on the phone and assisting customers. You will also be responsible for managing service requests, ensure that there is a resolution, track the incoming call log, identify and evaluate requests and prioritize the importance levels for follow up with the caller.
