The Business Systems Analyst will interact extensively with the different teams in throughout the entire new product/product enhancement lifecycle process, client implementation, and ongoing client relations and support touchpoints. BSA will assist in the design, implementation, enhancement, deployment of software components at existing and new clients. He/She will employ extensive balance of both business and technical knowledge to gauge viability of enhancement requests, research new product ideas, and explore expansion of existing clients through organic growth opportunities, as well as through integration with client-side systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in specification design, testing, integration, delivery, training and client UAT of products and product enhancements.

- Setup goals and timelines and detailed project plans for each new version and new product, and client-driven initiatives and deliverables.
- Participate in meeting sessions to gather feedback from UAT, training and focus group feedback sessions, and attend sales calls.
- Review, aggregate, and summarize client requests received from both existing clients and target sale individuals. Create business and technical specifications for requested enhancements.
- Organize and manage project status meetings with Development and IT staff, and assist in project planning and deployment scheduling.
- Expert-test new versions, and specific enhancements. Assist in coordination of scripted, load and performance testing with QA.
- Provide training for Client Reps and Sales in ongoing business/application changes and new products. Assist in creating marketing and training materials.
- Assist client reps in on-site, in-person, and web-ex training for clients on new enhancements, products, and versions.
- General trade organization meeting representation (BMA, SOA), and appropriate trade show attendance and presentations.
Experience: Experience working directly with business users and project implementation teams.
Knowledge of Capital Markets and financial industry a plus
Basic technical understanding of product architecture, both database and GUI design.
Proven ability in technical specification and business requirements drafting.
Proven ability to work under strict timelines, and balance many simultaneous deliverables.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Familiarity with graphics and presentation software (ex. Photoshop, PowerPoint).
Experience managing small or medium scale projects, schedules and support personnel desired.
Three plus years of progressive work experience.
