Work with FRC Project Management, Business Analysts and Application owners to develop specifications for enhancements to support continuous improvement ? Work with and advise all levels of employees, management and customers to understand their needs, establish program objectives and recommend approaches and solutions ? Develop Test Plans and automated scripts to ensure that desired quality and standards are met in development and system management efforts ? Experience: As an ideal candidate for this role, the following is required: ? Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent ? Two or more years of current experience with EAI tools and integration methodologies ? Three or more years current SAP Basis experience with SAP 4.7 or later across R/3, BW and XI platforms ? SAP Transports, object dependencies and coordination with projects and production support to ensure that cutover planning and production transports are analyzed and promoted as consistently as possible ? Experience with configuration, debugging and support for multiple infrastructure platforms on moderately complex projects ? Experience with performing root cause analysis' for service interruption recovery ? Ability to present ideas and manage projects ? IBM iSeries experience ?
