Help Desk/Tech Support III in MALTA, NY

Our client is looking to hire Level III Engineers as Independent Contractors or Sub Contractors. These Engineers would need to be skilled so that they can support, at a high level, core Cisco, Nortel and Juniper networking equipment. They would need to be on call at one of our customer sites from 5:00 pm-8:00 am and all day Sat. and Sun. We would like create a long term relationship with them and we ask that they would work one out of every five weeks on a rotating schedule.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada. Experience: They would receive a $250 weekly stipend for being on call and they would get a $45 hourly rate based on work done remotely or an hourly rate for work done onsite. These Engineers/Contractors need to be able to respond within 2 hours of receiving a call. Ideally they should reside within a one hour drive time to Albany. We need immediate help the weeks of August 15th -August 22nd and Aug. 29th - Sept. 5th. In addition, we need help from September 13th on.
