This position is located in New York, New York.
The company's community and messaging platforms create a wealth of opportunities for advertisers, partner corporations and entities from the world of entertainment - Manager, Integration Ops' responsibility is to make sure that integration opportunities are carefully planned, communicated with transparency, and delivered on time & under budget.
Job Duties
-Communication
-Own and publish a master Pipeline document of all Messaging & Community Integration projects & initiatives
-Regularly communicate with project leaders and stakeholders to insure milestone schedules are being met
-Regularly communicate with business leads to insure deal requirements are being met
-Develop communications to internally promote Community initiatives
-Sales
-Attend presentation and creative development sessions with corporate clients and/or agencies and be ready to describe integration options and capabilities
-Promotions & Marketing
-Participate in development of promotional campaigns
-Participate in development of grass roots viral promotional campaigns
-Participate in development of employee promotion/education campaigns about all things related to Community
-Production/Operations
-Publish regular consolidated project updates
-Manage outside contractors as necessary - briefing, providing support, conveying schedules/deliverables, etc.
-Participate in development of development processes and operational solutions for support of partner integration
-Develop systems/strategies to improve information flow and tight communication
Requirements:
Innovation-oriented creative thinker
Great communicator - excellent at written communication and verbal presentations (must provide writing samples!!)
Comfortable with multi-tasking, developing many projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of social media (messaging, community & social networking)
Highly organized
People person
Great communicator - excellent at writing reports, updates, schedules that communicate
5-10 years experience as designer/writer/director of interactive media
5 years experience working with advertising agencies/clients
