Major Purpose of Job:
The Business Analyst works with the Senior Director, Product Management of Dispute Resolution and the
cross-functional team in the planning and implementation of the MATRICS Program, the multi-phased
approach to replace the current legacy applications and provided web capabilities for both internal and
external users.
Essential Job Functions:
As a member of the MATRICS Core Business Team, this position will work closely with other members
within technology, Finance, Dispute Resolution business process owner's ad staff in performing the
essential functions below. This position will also have the opportunity to work on various ad hoc projects.
Assist in implementation of MATRICS application to the DR Regional Staff, including providing input on
system configuration, user interface for performing data entry, and assisting with conversion of manual
documents.
Identify control gaps as the various releases of the project are implemented, and work with process owners
to document and monitor remediation plans.
Keep abreast of new business process procedures and related developments and identify their potential
impact on the system.
Participate in the interactive development of operational documentation and assist with staff training and
training documentation for each of the releases of the project rollout.
Assist in preparing communications and status reports for senior management
Education/Experience Requirements:
BA or BS Degree or equivalent.
Experience with Dispute Resolution and/or arbitration, mediation, and case management technology
solutions strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organizing, and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Business planning and/or business requirements analysis experience a plus
Working Conditions:
